I know as Africans we like our living rooms crowded with as many seats as can fit. However, in 2018 things ought to change! Let's catch up with the rest of the world, shall we? The ideal living room in 2018 should be simply designed but stylish and edgy. So, how do you achieve this? 1. Consider having floor lambs and lovely chandeliers.     You can easily buy this at the mall or any interior deco shop near you. 2. Textured walls or wall papers. 3. Monochromes or colors that match. 4. Consider having decorative plants.     They can be live or plastic as long as they look good.     Remember though, not all live plants do well indoors. 5. Art pieces are a must.     Have a big art piece on one of the walls, or a creative arrangement of several pieces. 6. Buy simply designed seats.
